Our customer service continues through the sales and construction processes, but also after you are comfortably settled in, and for years to come. We achieve this by providing a multi-tiered warranty model to cover all essential areas of your beautiful new home.

In the first year, we offer multiple opportunities to discuss how things are going, address and resolve potential concerns that are very normal in connection with a purchase that has over 100,000 parts.

In partnership with the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty company, we ensure continuous support to our homeowners through a solid 10-Year warranty and an entire team dedicated to help coordinate all service and warranty topics.

Emergencies happen, and when they do, we are here to help 24/7. Additionally, we recognize that as you settle into your new home, you may identify a non-emergency warranty matter that you would like remedied. Silvermark will gladly provide comprehensive support to rectify any such warranty item at both 60-Days and 10-Months following your closing date.

Possible defects in distribution of Electrical, Plumbing & Mechanical systems.

Possible defects in designated load bearing elements caused by failure that affects their function to the extent that the home becomes unsafe, unsanitary or otherwise unlivable.

*The specific coverages are governed by the warranty booklet provided to the homeowner after closing.

  1. No heat (whole house) if less than 50°F outside temperature
  2. No water (whole house)
  3. Plumbing leaks (requiring main line shut-off)
  4. No electricity (not due to storm or utility damage)
  5. Rain/weather intrusion into living areas
  6. No A/C (whole house) in the event of a total A/C outage during a period of excessive heat
  7. No gas (whole house) or gas leak

  1. If your safety is compromised, exit your home and call 911.

  1. Yes, but your safety is more important, so please only do this if you feel that it is safe to do so.
  2. If the leak is major and causing severe secondary damage, you will want to go outside to the water main commonly found near the front yard hose nozzle.
    1. Your irrigation may be running off this main water line as well so you will want to make sure and turn off the valve that is directly on the main line and not the one running off to the side.
  3. If the leak is small and is located under a sink or at a toilet, you can shut the water off to that plumbing fixture by shutting off the valve located at the water lines running to that fixture.
Everything you identified to the Silvermark Team during your orientation walk-thru as requiring attention was documented on the “Orientation Checklist” and will be addressed by Silvermark prior to your closing date.

      1. *At both 60-Days and 10-Months (from closing date), Silvermark’s Warranty Team will happily address any such non-urgent service request that has been received during that time period to ensure your continued satisfaction.
