At Silvermark Construction Services, our multi-talented team of seasoned professionals come together to create the most enjoyable home-building experience possible. We know how to help you make your vision a reality—one that fits your budget and taste and is completed on time. We have the process down to a science to take you from design, material selection and plan review through construction while avoiding the issues that can ruin a budget. We start with questions like “How do you plan to entertain in your new home? What type of growth do you anticipate for your family? What will be your flow of traffic? Will everyone congregate in the kitchen? Where is your family most likely to share meals? What about outside entertaining? How would you like to integrate outdoor living spaces? Leadership
Gregory S. Owen, founder and CEO of Silvermark Construction Services, Inc. is a seasoned developer with over 40 years of combined experience in construction, residential and commercial development. Mr. Owen holds seven California contractor licenses and a California real estate broker’s License.
Mr. Owen’s acute business sense has produced a series of visionary real estate developments with total values exceeding $3 Billion. This includes the construction of over 1,000 new homes, over a million square feet of commercial buildings and multiple assisted living facilities. Each one of these projects illustrates his extensive real estate expertise, ability to take situations which others may find unachievable and off-putting and imprint principles of great design and execute solutions which improve communities.
His approach considers every element of each property and each plan is designed based on a profound understanding of the marketplace in which the property will be developed (whether it is a new community, assisted living, a commercial building or a custom home). A world class network of specialists in construction, engineering, design and marketing complements Mr. Owen and Silvermark’s in-house abilities and positions the company to be involved in enviable projects and land positions.
